How long after messaging a girl should I wait to ask them out?

So this one girl came into where I work and sat down for a couple hours, later that night she added me on Instagram and we talked for a while.

We've been talking for a couple days and I want to ask her out, but I feel she might think it's too soon but she also seems a lot like she's interested in me.

So does it seem to soon?
