I've been trying to date my coworker for sometime now (~1 year). We've been on multiple dates, but she likes to think of them as hanging out as she wants us to be friends first. At one point I confessed I wanted more than a friendship, and she said the feeling was mutual. 8 days ago, I responded to her text asking how her new commute was since she moved. I sent the text at 9pm, she didn't resond until 6pm the next day. I literally saw her walking down the hall on her phone at work that day. Its been a week since I've texted her, and its been radio silence. She I text her or just keep moving?
