Do slow replies from dating app guys during lockdown necessarily mean a lack of interest?

I’m talking to a guy for 4 months now but we haven’t been able to meet each other yet. During lockdown he’s taking a week to reply to my text messages but sends a long message and said ‘I can’t wait to meet you when lockdown is relaxed.’ Should I worry or is this just a good way to keep up contact without sharing too much before we actually get to meet? Would he continuing messaging like this if he wasn’t interested ??
