I am afraid to meet random girl because I won't know whether she has COVID or not

I always used tinder to meet girls, but now I am in dilemma .. Whether to get a girl with COVID risk or simply give up.

I don't think my $.50 one-time use mask will protect me from COVID spread. Should I buy a better mask to protect myself better? Should I use sanitizers as well?
