I'm a 25 year old woman, and overall mostly attractive. I'm in good shape, healthy skin, am smart, funny, kind, and in general try to be a good person. My big flaw is my big nose. Straight on, my nose looks pretty standard (slightly crooked from a break, but so imperceptible you wouldn't notice unless I pointed it out). You wouldn't look at me from that angle and think "nose!" But from the side, I have a pretty big dorsal hump. And I mean big. Sofia Coppola feels like a good approximation for reference, though I think mine may stick out a bit more (and am not quite as glamorous).
Would a large nose stop you from dating someone like me? I've had people in the past tell me they like my nose because it adds character, but then I see all these girls around me getting nose jobs, and can't help but wonder if me and my shnoz stand a chance in the dating world?? It feels now like anytime someone compliments my nose they're just being nice, but not honest. I know looks aren't everything, but lately I've been so self conscious about my nose now that it seems everyone who looks like me (or even has a smaller nose!) is getting it done and it's starting to make me feel like such a big nosed freak :(
