Basically this only fling friended me on facebook, and I accepted hoping she might message me but she didn't so I decided I had nothing to lose and made the move. It was just casual stuff like "how are you"... thing is it took her a good 4 days to respond to my last message on FB messenger even though I know she read it.
Anyway, it's been small talk and I need to transition over to asking her if she'd go on a date with me. How can i do that? just randomly ask her, "hey do you want to go on a date with me" ?
