So for context, I’ve never really dated anyone. Until a few years ago, I even thought I was asexual. Anyway I have one friend, we’ve been friends for a while now. About halfway through last year, I started to like her as more than a friend. I initially thought it was just a crush, but I haven’t even physically seen her in like 2 months. We’ve just been texting.
My question is, as someone who has never even had a girlfriend, how do I let her know I like her without ruining our friendship. I would be fine with staying just friends, but I really like her, and I don’t know how she feels about me. Hell I don’t even know if she’s dating someone right now.
I know we’re compatible. We get along great, and we talk just about all day every day. Our conversations range from mundane and simple stuff, to more serious topics. Hell she was the first person I told about me being bisexual. (Yeah, going from asexual to bisexual, that’s about as big of a change as you can have). I trust her, and she’s told me she trusts me.
