Should I just move on from her or stick with it to see where it goes

I(17M) like this girl from work. We have hit it off and have been texting everyday and been playing video games online and stuff. Recently I asked her out and told her I liked her, she said she wasn’t looking for a relationship but still wanted to go on the date. We haven’t gone on the date yet since our schedules are hectic but she still wants to talk to me and stuff but should I just try and find a relationship with someone else, I like her a lot but I just don’t know if it will go anywhere if she’s already said she wasn’t looking for a relationship, and I don’t want to see myself get hurt again. What should I do
