[19M] Is it a good sign if a girl is willing to exchange phone numbers with me on a dating app?

In the past, I've offered transitioning conversations to text, and I get ghosted almost immediately afterwards. I matched with a girl that has not spoken a lot, but seemed interested in hanging out with me, and she gave me her number? Am I in good territory?
