Does this sub actually give advice or does it just share vague platitudes?

Been poking my head in periodically to see if there's any juicy new info that someone can share but unfortunately it just seems to be people sharing platitudes about how to treat yourself or people making universally true rules based off observations from a highly unique experience they had.

When I read "dating advice" I think "where to take people on dates", "how to transition from dating to exclusivity", "how to date in a pandemic", "best date activities to do when you're dating a homebody" "How to break up with someone after you've been on a handful of dates", "what to talk about on a date", etc.

I know these sound like buzzfeed titles but the point is that at their core they teach and suggest how to date.

I'll pick up one of the topics I listed and if anyone feels they can expand and contribute with posts I think we would all be better off.
