Hey everyone. I'm in my early 20s and have never had a girlfriend or a date. This is through a combination of shyness, bad timing, and never really finding the right girl. I was hoping that college would help me to find the right girl for me, but I've had no luck so far and only have one semester left. I think the problem is that it takes me a while to open up and be myself around people, so I may seem awkward or boring upon first meeting me. However, I struggle to get to know people, especially girls, because I'm shy and nervous about approaching them and striking up a conversation. How do I gain confidence and learn to be myself around people who I don't know very well?
