I dated this guy briefly. He was leaving and didn’t want to do long distance. I didn’t want a fling. So we ended it. Looking back he was never as into me as he’d claimed. He wouldn’t text me much and didn’t want to add me back on social media.
Before I thought that if we reconnected in the future something could happen. But now I’m laughing at that idea. Even if he was back and reached out again I wouldn’t agree. Because he hurt me and didn’t even want to keep in touch as friends.
It’s true that getting back with your ex usually doesn’t work out. I’m just salty now and don’t think I could ever trust him not to hurt me again.
