Hi Guys
I had planned to spend time with my GF Xmas Day ( she was going to attend a house party with her friends the night before and works as a nurse so time is tight)
With Covid Rules she’s now suggesting seeing me for a few hours Xmas Eve (I’m working until 5pm) and then she’s going to the party later that evening /night and I won’t see her at all Xmas Day.
Am I being an ass for feeling deflated ?
We’ve been together 5 months and I won’t say anything as I’ve been single so long I don’t want to cause any problems so close to the holidays . Just personally I wouldn’t choose a party over her on Xmas Day . To clarify she’s seeing friends not family - All her family live on another continent
