29 and virgin never had a gf

I do not know if anyone can tell me what to do about life.

I am 29 virgin never had a gf, live with my parents, I have a job but it pays terrible, I have college degree bs but its not very useful.

I have no friends tried going to therapy but I did not work at all for me. I think nothing will change, I tried going to a local karate place but it seems people have their own social groups, not sure what to do. Escorts are illegal where I live and I do not feel comfortable doing something like that.
