Should all couple related photos be deleted after a break up?

I have a whole file of sexual related pics and a whole file of sexually unrelated pics of my ex and I. Should I delete them all?

It kind of feels weird washing it all away but I feel I might be tempted to look at them and hurt my own feelings.

I have already deleted him off every platform; it was not a nasty break up by any means but we did both love each other so much and without that barrier there I don't think I could bare to not try to talk to him.
