I just started to work at a restaurant about a month ago. Last week, i had a shift where I met a really cute server, Dan. I went out to the club later that day and saw a really cute guy out who started talking/dancing with me. We were talking and then found out we worked at the same restaurant and that it was the cute server from today!
We spent the whole night dancing and talking and he kept saying he thought I was beautiful and that he wanted to kiss me except we work together and he doesn’t hook up with coworkers. He kept saying maybe I’ll break my rule and then kept changing his mind. Whatever, I could respect that. Nothing ended up happening but since then it’s been awkward at work.
He barely talks to me at work, doesn’t really make eye contact or smile at me. To be fair, I haven’t really tried to talk to him since then. I’d like to though, he seemed cool I just don’t know what he’s thinking. Like does he think I’m ugly now or something?
