If someone tells you they're not interested in dating you, leave it at that. Don't chase, don't persist and especially don't spew your feelings of adoration onto them.
It a) is unfair pressure for them to reciprocate b) shows how little you respect either yourself or the other person by continuing to push for it and c) is extremely awkward for everyone.
