Hey guys, I would really appreciate some advice on this situation. Also before anyone asks, I would normally talk to my best friend about this, but he likes this girl too so that’s not much of an option I guess :)
Anyway, there’s a girl at school who is in the same grade (11th) as I, and we have been friends for a while but this year we have talked a lot more then before. For the past few months she has been showing signs that she is interested in me in some way, but I can’t figure out if she is interested in being friends or being more then that. Some of these aforementioned examples include going out of her way to initiate conversations IRL and on snap. On top of that, she also invited me to her vacation home in Colorado when I was visiting family a few hours away. I know these would generally be seen as flirting signs, but I’m very nervous that I could be misinterpreting these signs as flirting when she really only wants to be friends. It might also be helpful to add that she had a large crush on me in middle school before I moved away for a few years. I know that’s not a big deal since it was so long ago, but I figured it could possibly be helpful to anyone who wants to give advice.
