The title basically says it all. I am a female in my late 20's, never had a boyfriend, never kissed a guy before and never, ever have been on a date before.
I have been thinking for a while that if I have not the chance to meet a guy yet, maybe I should sign up for an online, dating app.
My dilemma with online apps is that a lot of guys are expecting for sex right away, off the boat within the 1st or second date and then perhaps run away after that. As someone who never had a boyfriend before, I am afraid of this happening.
I had been looking at these reddit posts for a while and I am becoming more inclined to sign up for online dating as I am becoming older and feel that perhaps, I am missing out from meeting a great guy. I want to be able to make a guy happy as well and share happy memories, there are some many things to do on dates, but no guy so far in the near sight.
I want to sign up for online dating and not sure if it will help me secure a date fast or if it will take a while, but wanted to see what people wear on 1st dates and what expect? Is a woman expected to always wear a dress, high heels and makeup on a 1st date? What to expect on a 1st date? I am looking for serious advice right here.
As a reference, I am late 20's, about 5'5 - 5-6 in height, size 6 (currently, trying to lose weight to be size 4 or 2), I don't consider myself to be a model, but I hope to at least look somewhat attractive and better looking that your average woman. I am not used to being around with guys so I am hoping this post gives me some insight and I am looking to hear back from both; men and women.
