There is this girl I matched with on tinder that went to my highschool, we were in a lot of the same classes freshman year and we playfully flirted back then, we basically stopped talking after freshman year though. Nothing happened between us, we just faded out. Fast forward to now, im 21 years old and we matched on Tinder 2 days ago, I sent her a message saying "lol, hey there stranger" I havent gotten a reply, id really like to reconnect with her, but im not trying to come off as creepy to do so. We follow each other on instagram so I think I should send her 1 message on there, I just don't know what to say. I'm not the type to get hung up so if after this she doesn't reply I'm gonna drop it.
The real problem is I don't know what to say, should I be playful? Maybe something like "hey, there is a catfish on tinder using your pictures and I'd like to vent about how upset I am that he is ignoring my message" or maybe something more serious and honest? I dont know, id love any insight i can get, id like to text her tonight
