Interesting thing when watching a girl swipe on Tinder: you get to see what your competition looks like. And, ah crap, a lot of those guys are just gorgeous. Or at least their pictures are. Perfectly coiffed heads, toothy smiles, clothes that look tailor-made, interesting activities.
No wonder girls don't choose me whenever I try Tinder for the zillionth time. Don't get me wrong; I take good care of myself, my body, my hair, and I wear nice and fitting clothes. But the pictures I have are an ancient Facebook profile picture that looks nothing like me anymore, pictures of me in very large groups (10 people or more, like class pictures), and selfies (which apparently are a big no-go).
I just can't pose for the life of me. Especially when trying to crack a smile. It just looks all awkward and forced. Also, even when I am engaging in interesting activities with other people, stopping and posing for some nice pictures isn't really what we do.
So I've got nothing like the model-tier photos of those other guys. Like did they hire a professional or something? I look pretty decent in the mirror, how can I translate this to decent pictures of myself?
