She said she is not ready for a relationship, and to wait for her to be ready?

I am talking to a girl I met in class and we went on two dates but she came out and said this to me. She said that she thinks I’m very sweet, and she’s never had a guy treat her as well as me. She said she deserves to be treated better than she has been in the past and I make her happy and feel valued and listened to. But she said she is in a place in her life where she can’t commit to a relationship right now and she doesn’t want to waste my time. She asked if I could wait for her to get into a better place in her life. She said she won’t speak to any other guys but she really wants me to stick around for her but she understands if I don’t. We talk and text every single day currently. Should I wait around for her? She said she’s not sure when she’ll be ready
