Hello everybody! As you may or (probably) may not remember, nearly a year ago I made a post here. In that post I listed a bunch of date ideas that I randomly thought of one day. The reason I posted them was because I had never been on a date, and I had no dating prospects at the time. I figured that if I couldn’t use them, the least I could do was share them with people that may actually get the chance to use them! I’m sure nobody really cares for an life update (hahaha), but I figured I’d give you all one if you do care :)
I met an amazing girl at my previous job. We became friends and I even went to church with her. We’re both Christians, so that was important to me. I started to really liked her. Every seemed right and everything about her lined up perfectly. She would be an AWESOME girl to date... but (very) long story short, she rejected me. I asked her out a few days ago, but she said she sees me as a friend. Of course I’m very hurt. I still really like her and I’m trying to get over her. I thought she would be my first date ever, but it looks like I’ll have to wait. I realize because of quarantine and everything we wouldn’t be able to do anything out yet, but we could’ve FaceTimed or something.
So, yeah. I turned 20 a couple weeks ago and I’ve yet to ever use any of my date ideas. I still have absolutely zero experience with girls. It really hurts seeing as how practically all of my friends are either in relationships or have had them in the past. Kinda makes me feel like a loser. I really wish I could have had a happier update for you all, but my life is otherwise ok right now so that’s good I guess. The tough part is that now I’ll have to wait for lockdown to be over to meet other girls. No telling how long it’ll take me to get over her :(
