hi, 6 months ago i was about to have sex for the first time and i was very scared because i have a micropenis (4 inch length 4.5 inch circumference). this lead me to have a panic attack just before i was about to take of my trousers and i had to leave.
i took some time off for 6 months and avoided any more sex or dating and i picked up going to gym to improve my confidence. 6 months later i felt ready to try again so i met a new girl and the same thing happened again. i was very confident up until the time came to take off trouser and i almost cried on the way out. i thought this wouldnt be an issue now that im a lot more muscular and mentally confident but 6 month of work on building confidence all gone when time came.
how to stop this please? does jelqing work? i hear story of it breaking penis.
