I [25F] asked the guy I’m sleeping with: where do you see this going? He [25M] responded “I don’t know what I’m doing in life, so I don’t know I can’t answer that right now.” What does this mean?

A little background. He’s not sleeping with anyone else I know this for a fact. I took his virginity and he’s a very sweet, intimate, awesome guy. We get along super well, and I know he has feelings for me. We’ve been seeing each other for about 2 months now and I finally asked where he thought we were heading with us. We do very relationship things, like eat together, sleep overs, I’ve meet his friends and parents! We play video games and have pretty intimate sex.

Also I have to mention: he’s raised mormon, so I guess relationships and other things could mean pretty serious things.

Though I’m confused on where he means by “I don’t know where we are going with this” I know he’s a little self conscious about where he is headed in life and so am I. But should I be worried? Would he change his mind later on or should I just keep enjoying the time being together until the time to part ways comes?
