I'm just curious because personally I'm a beta who prefers to be 50/50. I was in a friendship with a female. I had to plan out everything and remind her of events we were going to like going to see shazam. I don't like being the one in charge. To use a game of thrones reference, I prefer to be more like a Tyrion and Daenerys hand to their king relationship she does something I as her hand discuss it and reach a resolution. I'm personally just not the in charge guy I'm more laid back about everything. So women in your opinion what's it like being the person in charge.
