does every man lovebomb or have I just had a bad experience

So in my high school years I had a guy who went super intense in and fizzled around 6/7 months. I thought it was an emotional maturity thing. But recently I dated a man in his late 20s who went in even quicker and said he loves me at 3 weeks, official at 2 weeks. He seemed so certain and would say he’s never felt this way etc. Planned a future, talking kids. Then does a complete 180 at the 3 month mark and says ‘I love you but I’m not in love with you’ etc and makes me end it. I’m a bit jaded by the experience and am concerned that this is normal and that I’ll have to keep going through this until someone decides to settle for someone like me
