Okay, so there were a couple of things that made me think this guy is attracted to me, like a couple deer in the headlights, but that could just be attraction, not wanting more. At first it was like he'd be staring at me from afar and then go totally red and jolt his body into position - has happened a number of times. Again, this could just be the kind of attraction he doesn't necessarily actually want me to make a move on.
Stuff that makes me think he wants me to know he likes me: let's say I'll start the day with my hair one way, but put it up, he'll notice and say it looks nice. He notices small changes to outfit day to day, including what shoes I wear, and comments on this. He'll look me up and down in front of me. Once I was walking past him I looked down and he literally looked at me in the eyes and went 'mmm'. He also gave me a nickname of a famous celebrity that's considered beautiful/classy to which I'm a bit like what the hell. He has created situations with just the two of us, where he can talk to me and ask me questions about myself.
Then also, the gazing in to my eyes. Once he held my gaze for a long enough time, I looked down and then looked back at him, three times, and he was still staring into my eyes. He also tried to hold my gaze quite aggressively (lol) when there were other people around.
Oh I should mention once he was flirting with me (As he is quite senior) and then this other senior guy was literally just watching him in this surprised way the whole time like what the hell and then he realised he had to stop.
Other stuff: his reaction like scoping us out when I am talking to or laughing with other men/ getting pissed off. him smiling the hugest smile as soon as he sees me. him organising a meeting he called me into, for no apparent reason, where he was gazing into my eyes and then looked away when i saw him and then when our eyes met, we were both just sitting there rolling our lips at each other in this awkwardness. his body movement like appearing flustered.
I would say with a fair amount of certainty he has a crush, but can't figure if he literally wants me to ask him out or what
