Some Backstory: I just went on a date with a girl. It was her first date ever. We connected well and we did some spontaneous things during our date. Our plan was to go get coffee and go to a special town area that overlooks the entire town/countryside. We ended up doing that and going on a walk through a local arboretum. Throughout the entire date, we matched on a lot of things and she was already planning our second date before the first was even over. As of today, about two days after our date, we have made plans to go to a local ceramic painting shop. This was her suggestion during the first date and we are planning to go on the date about 5 days from now. After our time at the painting shop, we are coming back to my place and eat dinner.
Now why I have nerves: As it was our first date only two days ago, should I look to be more physical on the second date? I'm already nervous because the first date is a way to break the ice (and the second is more vulnerable/seeing compatibility) but we also did not do a lot of touching on our first date and I know that plays a huge part. I am quite nervous about taking the pace too slow but also too fast. I'm not sure how to approach this date because I have no idea what she expects considering she has no other prior dating experience.
