We met through a dating app and only went for 3 dates. He was very upfront about the fact that he was only dating casually and didnt want to get into anything serious, which translated to me as he only wanted to go on dates and have sex. He was actually very nice, honest and extremely gentleman-ly. He would also express his affection in a manner which didn't feel casual to me, like cupping my cheeks and kissing my forehead a lot and stuff. One day we talked on the phone for 7 hours and then I realised maybe I am developing feeling for him. When we hung out the next time, I was sure that I have started developing feeling for him. So I told him the same and said I didnt want to date him anymore since he only wanted something casual. He seemed very upset and asked me if he did anything wrong and kept on apologising. I said its not his fault and that I have developed feelings for him in such a short time and that I cant date him casually anymore. I looked at him and saw his eyes were wet. Does it mean he liked me too? Or does it mean he was just upset he doesnt get to have sex with me anymore? I dont understand.
