I'm on a few dating apps and a lot of my matches fit the same persona (honestly, a lot of the guys I'm matching up with sound exactly the same and they look so similar too), it's hard to actually know which one I'd click with.
A lot of the matches just say hi and how are you, then they proceed to ask me out on a date in person without actually getting to know me. I'd rather message/get to know them first. I was thinking maybe I should just setup video calls with each of them throughout the week rather than go out and spend 2 hours commuting into the city to meet each one, that way it filters out. How bad of an idea is this and what do you all think about it?
On top of that, what are you all doing to meet someone right now?
