I met a girl four days ago online and hit it off very well and one shocking thing was when I asked to talk on the phone and she actually suggested to meet in person instead! (Something that’s never happened before) so we end up agreeing to go out with her friends yesterday with us texting a good amount each day with fast replies leading up to then. Surprisingly, she did not flake on me and our first time together went pretty well with her being comfortable the whole time and even ending in a kiss and saying she’ll probably want to see me the next day!
However, I do unfortunately have pretty bad luck since just about every girl I take out since after the first date even if it goes well they always end up ghosting me. This time it seems the same thing is happening however one key thing is that she was having car problems at the end of the night. She specifically told me when we were texting learning about each other leading up to the day that one thing that triggers her depression is when her car breaks down and she also told me when she is depressed she shuts down and won’t talk eat or anything just sleep.
Well it seems when she looked at her car afterwards it was in fact having problems. Right after our time together I ended up texting her and once she found out her car was having problems she just told me “i’m going to sleep.” and she didn’t tell me goodmorning or anything today or even reply to my goodnight text last night when that hasn’t happened yet. When actually, I did leave her on read two days ago and waited to text her since i was busy at work and she told me “i was just thinking about you” and “i didn’t want to text you since you left me on read so i didn’t wanna bother you” but that happened before the day we met and it was honestly no big deal since we went right past it once I explained I just didn’t know what to text but maybe that plays a part?
I texted her today to check up on her and let her know i’m here for her and she hasn’t been replying since the car thing happened yesterday. I know she specifically told me but it’s just due to the timing and bad luck I usually have i’m not sure what to think right now. I’m not sure what to do either. She has been posting on snapchat but it was just her at work and home with her dog i’m not sure if that means anything. Is this just bad timing or is she not interested?
