Last night i (male) used a cheesy pickup line on a waitress (female) and got her number and i proceeded to text her last night a few hours later. Since the entire interaction was the line, getting the number, then leaving, i felt it appropriate to introduce myself as the guy from the restaurant and then give my name. Along with a short bit about not knowing when would of been best to text her since she was at work. She hasnt answered yet and not sure what to do. I wouldnt mind if she doesnt want to talk but id like to know, yunno? Should i try and text her again? Should i be straightforward and ask if she wants to talk? Im really new at the whole asking a girl out thing. Would appreciate any help with this situation alone with tips for future situations if ive already blown this.
