I used to live in a city 5 hours away from the city I live in now. I still visit that city from time to time for for friends, family, and certain appointments. A guy I used to hang out with (barely, 3 years ago) there hit me up saying we should hang. I said I don’t have any appointments to go up there till May. He said to just come for him and that we could hang out and I could stay there. I think he’s cute and fun and I initially said I was down especially cuz I’m currently not working. But after mentioning this to my therapist, she pointed out that I’m always the one traveling to see other people. I did this for another guy too and it turned out bad and I regretted I drove that far. So I decided that it would be really exhausting to drive all that way for someone I haven’t hung out with in a long time. I also want to see if he’d be willing to drive for me first. But idk how to tell him this cuz I already said I was down to drive there
