Hello, Don't even know where to start, how to start because I'm feeling so bad right now. I (26f) have strong feelings for someone (22m) who I know through social media. We are friends of each others friends but never saw each other in real life. He's studying in abroad and will be there for a year. It's been a few months and I kind of get hints about possibilty of liking me. Let's add I never ever been in a relationship so don't have any experience. Today finally I told him my feelings which he responded he doesn't feel same way and has someone he likes. Being a idiot in love I tried to persuade him by asking isn't there any way to make you like me? Ofc he responded nope. Then I tried even harder (ok, I'm desperate) and said let's try out, I know we won't be seeing each other for a year but let me have a little bit of hope. So I understand probably after a year I'll be heartbroken (as if I'm not now) but still wanna try, still wanna fight for my love even if it is fruitless. My question is do I have a chance? Could I make him to like me? If yes, then what should I do? Edit: He did told me you can try but right now his answer is no until he is in a country again.
