Asking men: is the saying, “if he wanted to, he would” true?

Or do you ever play ‘hard to get’ by delaying responding to texts and acting aloof?

The only 2 relationships I’ve had both started out with both of us being transparent about how into each other we were/are. I see so many posts from people asking to decode their crush’s lack of enthusiasm, and I wonder if they just need to be reminded of this advice?
