Hi! I would like to ask your opinion and thoughts about my situation!
So, here is this guy from my university, we are in the same year, have some classes together sometimes. He is really that popular guy in college, he is in several communities, everybody (especially girls lol) knows him and likes him, but he seems to be a decent, polite catholic guy, had just a few long term relationships, decent parents and siblings, family life etc.
Last summer we were talking really much, nearly every day, for 1,5-2 months and were going out a lot. I can't tell if those meetings were dates or just friend things, to be honest, because he never called me directly for a date, but felt like kinda date. He was really kind, gentle and always gave me beautiful compliments and uhm quite romantic and erotic hints, like he really wanted to kiss me, hug me all night along and couldn't wait to finally have sex with me, but he said all of this in a gentle way. I didn't really believe he was serious, took these like some jokes, especially because he really didn't do anything when we met. So in the end, we became cold towards each other, we didn't meet again and the contact just broke. He got a girlfriend and I went back to my ex (yes, clever girl, I know) just after a few weeks. I have to admit that maybe I was a little bit kinda ghosting-type, because last time I didn't give him a day to meet/ date again despite he really asked me to. I just didn't told an exact day, because to be honest, I thought that he was just playing with me in some way, and after he got a girlfriend I was certain that I was right, but had not felt like that before. After that he told me he really missed me and had a dream with me (while he had a girlfriend).
After this period we didn't talk much. He called me for meetings a few times but we didn't in the end. I didn't really want to, didn't forced it or insist to it. When the new semester started he called me again and there was no more exuces, I was like there is nothing to lose really. We had a coffee and talked a few hours, literally his third question was if I have a boyfriend now. We started to talk again, not every day, but in every two or three days and in a flirting mood I think. He complimented again, gave me erotic hints again. We end up met, went for a walk, had pizza and sat in a fancy confectionery. He touched me sometimes like on my shoulder, arms, thighs but in a funny way. He can't stand my eye more than 3-4 secs. I really could tell that he was embarrassed somehow, like a little teenage boy. It was really like last summer.
Is that a date now? Cause he didn't said "date" but I would define a date like that. I'm confused because he has lots of girl friends and he meets with them too (I guess).
After days later I (accidentally) called him to the cinema. It was really nice too, he took my coat, bag, he was close to me all the time, really kind and gentle. He very thanked me for the invite after that.
Our communication has become more kinda romantic and erotic again. He asked me how could he get my attention and told me that he admired me on the other day while I was having dinner, how much attractive I am and more stuff like these. When we had late night chats on snapchat once he asked me if I was wearing anything and then if I can show him, my body I mean. So yeah, I sent him some pics, just without face and hands on myself. He told me, he was interested not in just my body, but he was curious about me, inside and out too (obviously lol). I asked him to send pics for me too and he did so, he sent reeaally erotic pics, not classic dickpicks, but better than that with face too.
Whom men send erotic pics to? To everybody who is a little attractive and they want to have sex with? Or can it be a more serious thing?
(Naively) I felt like we were going on a good way together and something positive will definitely happen with us, we will see each other more often like last summer.
Despite these good talks and nights he usually disappeared after that for a few days, we just talked a few words or didn't answered me at all.
Yes, it seems like he was just horny or idk used me for this...?
So after last night's we did this, almost a week of silent we talked yesterday, because I wrote him about our weekend plan if it is still good or nah. I was really angry by that time, because I thought he found somebody else, went out with other girls (saw a story on instagram about two girls and him) and try to made fool of me. So yeah, it kinda jealousy thing.
He asked my forgiveness because he didn't wrote me and talked to me these days. He said that he didn't want to neglect me, and he was very busy, like didn't have time for family or himself either. He had a really bad mood, he was sad, he was not like usual and not funny or entertaining at all. But he said that maybe if I would like to we could meet next week to talk a bit, that would help him.
Well, it could be a typical bullshit apologetic text, but I kinda believe him on that part that he is busy nowadays and I can see that he is not completely fine. But of course, everybody has time for who they want to meet and what they want to do. And since yesterday he still hasn't watched my last messenges btw.
So that is the end of the story for now.
Well I really don't know what to think or do or feel, let him just leave my mind and don't think about him at all because there is not many chance for us or what? Maybe it would be better if I take this like he isn't want to talk with me at all and that's why he isn't answer. But it is soo strange, why did he do those things then?
What are your thoughts, what would you do, what should I do?
