For some reason this is posing to be a problem in my new relationship. We’ve been going on weekly dates (often more than one) and it has been a blast. We’ve gotten to know each other very well over the past few months and have gotten very personal with each other, and we’ve gotten to the point where we’ve fallen in love.
Something that I’m overthinking is that I don’t know how to spend time with her when we’re not actively dating. I’m worried we will lose interest in each other once it becomes an issue. We’ve started watching movies once or twice a week, but I’m not a movie/tv person and I can’t imagine doing this every time. I know she doesn’t like being in the same room doing our own thing because in her words, we’re young and should have a fun and flirty relationship. Now that it’s cold out and we’ve gone through a lot of the obvious date ideas, I’m running out of things to do, especially if it’s at night or when things are closed. I feel like I’m missing something obvious.
I’m overthinking this hard because everything else is great with her and I see a future with her, but this is a pretty big thing.
