Saw a girl who I knew in my first year of university from a distance, should I message her?

Hi everyone, I’m a 4th year student and recently saw a girl who I knew in my 1st year of university walking into a building on campus. Most people I knew with exception to a few friends have already graduated and I don’t know many people anymore. Should I message her and say hi? We haven’t spoken in years due to Lockdown and class differences OR should I leave it and say hi to her in person if we bump into each-other in the future.
