I [M/28] regularly see this girl sitting on the grass field seeing sunset. How to get to know her?

So, I live in an apartment, there is a big grass field next to the apartment. I walk my dog daily and always see this girl sitting there watching sunset, then leave.

I find the scene way too beautiful. Not sure what is the best way to start a conversation with her and not being creepy or awkward?
