Many movies, TV shows, etc. portray talking to the opposite sex as tho it is some incredibly difficult task that requires strategy and “game,” but this is really dumb and self defeating.
Other people, attractive or not, are just people. How would you normally talk to a person? How would you talk to an elderly person at the grocery store? How would you chat with the gas station attendant?
Try this: Practice talking to people. Learn to listen. Learn to care about others sincerely and unconditionally. It takes practice, so just give it a try. You’ve got nothing to lose.
