Would you break up with your bf because he has sex addiction?

Would you leave your bf if he has a sex addiction? He is fully aware that it stems from childhood trauma and is content with his addiction. He has cheated on you in the past as well. Would you stay? How would you go about asking him to seek help for his addiction in order to save the relationship?
