So it happened. I had never in my life been called crazy by a man until last week.
I had been seeing this guy for a little over a month. We had been on 3 dates and everything was going well (I thought). He did most of the initiating over the course of us talking. The only physical thing we did was kiss.
So the day started off completely normal. He texted me good morning and we talked throughout the day. Then, out of the blue and all of a sudden he called me crazy “you’re crazy you know that” and said all women are, its just what amount of crazy a man is willing to put up with.
I asked him if he was insulting me and he said that he was. After that, I didn’t respond to him and just want to make sure I did the right thing here. I vehemently disagree with the notion that all women are crazy and I think that’s extremely disrespectful to say. I didn’t feel like wasting my breathe on this dude to even explain to him why it was wrong to say. And I know who I am so didn’t feel the need to defend myself.
I got major red flags from this situation and feel like the best option was to just move on.
