It amazes me how many women download a hookup app, say they are not looking for hookups, then complain how all men are f-boys and that dating is dead.
Why is this happening? - on average, biologically, "hookups" are more appealing for men, rather than women. So apps like Tinder have men-to-women ratios that are much more favorable to women.
Women can match hundreds of good-looking model-looking guys who are eager to meet them on Tinder. Relationship apps just don't have that (what seems to be) amazing selection for women.
So women think they can outsmart the system and get the selection of men from a hookup app, while saying they are not looking for hookups to find a relationship.
This may work, I am sure people will comment below how they know someone who ended up with a relationship from Tinder.
But if you want to make your life easier, you need to target the right market for your product. Otherwise you will be depressed and heartbroken and giving up.
