How do you not get so worked up when the guy you just had a first date with is also going on other dates?

Hello fellow daters,

Met a guy from a dating app.. the first date went really well, which was 2 weeks ago and we both agreed on a second date.

He’s between two cities due to work, but I know he’s on a date right now with someone else. He’s not messaged me all day either.

How do you all cope when it’s very early stages with the guy you’ve just met? I get so worked up! We’ve agreed to meet next week when he’s back in my city

Am I being too much like Joe from ‘You’?!
