A guy i recently see casually went abroad for a week, he asked me to buy flowers and dress nice for him when he's back

Is it weird that i feel like him telling me to do those things are such a turn off. I planned to get him flowers myself but when he told me to do it, i dont wanna do it anymore. It's like taking the specialness away because now its like i buy him flowers because he told me to. Also... we are in a casual relationship, why would he expects flowers? He is so demanding :(
