I’ve been casually hooking up with a guy I met a few weeks ago. I recently got out of a bad relationship, and can’t do anything serious or with feelings involved at the moment. He’s a cool kid, we get along well in person, etc. We’ve hooked up a few times, and we agree that the sex is fun.
HOWEVER, he takes forever to text back. Like forevvvverrrrr. Sometimes my booty calls go completely unanswered. It pisses me off. My friends say he’s playing “the game” and that I should play back. I feel like “the game” is completely unnecessary, especially if it’s just casual fun? Can’t we just act like humans and be cool with each other? Are there rules to this “game” I should be playing?
