I’m horrible when it comes to meeting women

I’m a 20 year old male and I have horrible luck meeting women. Most of the girls I meet are either taken or not interested. I’m not the type of person to typically go to parties, I’ll be honest I have very few friends and most of my time spent is at work. I don’t have trouble talking to women.
