He works with me (yes, it would be ok if we got into some kind of relationship at this job, its low pressure hourly stuff, no one at work cares) and is a good worker (s e x y)

I think I'm the only person he's smiled at at work yet. Real quiet. He made a joke at me once.

i think we had that mutual attraction thing you can feel in the air the first time I met him.

He's quiet and probably slightly nervous - I'm pretty sure he's like me, thinks he's being polite by not "bothering" anyone but low-key is actually pushing them away like that.

There are little "tells" between us of gestures and things that make it obvious in a shy-ass way, that one thinks the other is cute

we both have the obvious signs of being SUPER isolated people who are skittish and afraid of people; I overcompensate by being funny, he just doesnt talk.

I like him way too much at this point, having never had an actual conversation with him. Unhealthy?? Why would I care so much, like I really like him and I'm a bit old for that [25]

Is him not being more direct with me really a bad sign? I'm also not being direct and asking to hang out, so am I unhealthy for that? Its been... Many months since we've met lol

he makes me nervous by being so unresponsive. He does that to everyone, and we're at work so its whatever, but it makes me nervous
Unhealthy, or go for it?
P.S. To anyone who wants to add, "stop thinking so much about relationships," I dont think enough about these things before I blunder into them and wreck them/get hurt in ways I could have avoided. It is indeed time to think before I act lol
