Anxiety causes me to hold back in my relationships. I fear that I won’t be able to open myself up to someone else and they will read my behavior as uninterested or disengaged. Advice on how to change that?

I always overthink everything that I say and do before it happens. I am tired of feeling like I cannot just freely express who I am. It’s exhausting but I don’t know how to change.

I am in the very beginning parts of my first romantic relationship ever. Finding it difficult to let my guard down and let him in to see the real me.

I would like to be able to let more people into my life but my anxious thoughts cause me to pull further within myself. Advice or tips please?
